OrderConnect is a TomTom PRO 8275 App that generates forms and capture signatures.
OrderConnect automatically creates PDF documents and fillable forms directly from WEBFLEET orders.
When a WEBFLEET order is created, our cloud based software automatically creates a pre-designed PDF document (For example, a delivery note) that is pre-filled with the details of the job, such as the customer name and address and the order text. The form can also include drop down menus, check boxes and other items found on web pages.
The PDF document is then sent to the OrderConnect APP on the TomTom PRO device.
The driver will use the App to edit the document, for instance, obtaining a customer signature and then entering the job notes.
Finally, the App sends the completed document back to the office instantly.
