Incoming calls

• Captures and displays incoming telephone number and if the client has called before, displays their name.
• All calls, incoming and outgoing are logged along with the length of the call and the number of rings until the call is answered.

Create bookings

• System includes all your local street data and postcodes in the database.
• Uses predictive entry when entering road names e.g. if the letters GRE are entered as the road name, it will show all road names in the area that start with GRE.
• Find addresses by postcode.
• Automatically enters the customer’s telephone number into the booking along with their name if they have called before.
• Ability to allocate the booking to a contract customer.
• Can specify a vehicle type such as disabled access.
• Can give bookings different priorities.
• Includes a journey price calculator to give customers estimates of their journey price.
• Create a return booking by clicking one button and entering return time.
• Easily create a block booking by entering start and end dates and clicking which days of the week you want to use.

Dispatching

• Shows a list of bookings which are split by pending bookings, bookings with Passenger On Board and completed bookings so at any time, dispatchers can see which bookings need to be allocated.
• Only shows available drivers (i.e. ones that are working and who are not ‘Out of Town’) to the dispatcher when they allocate the booking.
• When a driver is allocated to a booking, the booking information is automatically sent to the driver’s TomTom unit. No need to radio them.
• Changes colour of a booking as it approached its booking time.
• Bookings that are ‘out of town’ or that need a specific vehicle are displayed in a different colour to help the dispatcher.
• Bookings change status from pending to Passenger On Board to Completed with information from the TomTom unit. No need for the dispatcher to update them.
